Who we are
Helios SRL was founded in 2004 with its main strength in its tendency to innovate and a search for high efficiency to
present itself in real estate, commercial and small industry investments.
The search of properties and areas to invest in in a way that was already concerned about sustainability and new
technologies, taken from the most complex operations to private property and the renovation of the flat, and it was
always chosen for the client.
The commercial activity was mainly developed in the hospitality and administrative sectors, which means pubs,
restaurants and mixed-use properties.
Helios SRL’s activities have also developed following the acquisition of holdings, both in estate agencies and
commercial branches, developing its profitability and then being sold with the right valuation.
The search of properties and the like and, as a client’s request, the reorganisation of those in a sector that
we are currently developing overseas, with special attention to France and Spain. About this development perspective,
we are open to collaborations with firms, professionals and investors that share our interests in dynamic and also
planned activities, combining the speed in the negotiations with thorough and accurate planning in individual initiatives.

Terre Antiche Network… it’s the name of an idea that comes from way back and that has seen in its long way, in its progression,
changes in the perspectives, in the ways of implementation, in the construction of the project itself.
Finally, when everything was ready, COVID appears, unexpected and dramatically overwhelming… and the world has changed.
This “black swan” that still conditions our lives has made us go deeper into what was the foundational philosophy of Terre Antiche,
which talks about a change of life not only practical but also existential.
Pages could be written about all this but our main goal is to maximise the human contact and the relations with our present partners,
associates, sponsors and clients and with the future ones. In short, ours is an eco-sustainable project that combines tradition with
the most advanced technology… Our main goal is to bring traditional constructions from Italy, France and Spain inland back… and to
point out the value of local farming and rural realities.
The search out of “the Rustics”, especially in Liguria, the French and Provencal “arrière Pays”, the rural “fincas” and country
houses in Val D’Albaida and Valencian territories, is our present line of action. Once this stabilises, we will open up new territories.
Our “mission” is to suggest a healthier life, a win-win in life quality and on the economic side…specifically working in smart
constructions and in the restoration of building in harmony with the environment.
We both buy or do personalized searches by request, leaving the remodelling to the client’s election, providing them with
professionals who are specialised in sustainable constructions.
Our message unifies both, the search for a holiday home in chosen areas due to the quality of nature, and a selection of the
first home which, in times of smart working, combines work, relaxation and a life free of the stress and the chaos of the big city.

My name is Felipe Bellanca, General Counsel of Helios Real Estate Investments SRL. I’m Spanish-Italian and
I have lived and worked in the French Riviera for a decade. I have twenty years of experience in the real-estate,
touristic and commercial sectors.
My business has made me grow both professionally and culturally and that made me end up in the real-estate investments’ world.
I believe in sustainable undertaking also directed to recover and to point out the value of what already exists.
